A. Herbalstand is a completely secure website. We have a 128 bit SSL seal so that all your information is encrypted when you
give us your payment information. Not only that we employ Verisign for payment processing.
However, if you would like to place an offline order then you can give your contact info on our offline order
page and our sales representative will contact you to take your order.
Q. Do you ship to international countries ?
A. No. For the time being, we are only accepting orders from the USA. We, however, have plans to start international shipping in the near future.
Q. Do you give out special offers or discounts ?
A. Yes. We do give out special offers and discounts from time to time. We offer discounts on selected products for a particular month.
We also email our customers to let them know of these discounts so they can buy their product at a lesser price.
Q. Can I pay by American Express ?
A. No. Presently we only accept Master Card and Visa.
Q. How do I cancel my order ?
A. You can cancel your order any time. All your money will be refunded. However, if you cancel your order after we have shipped it then
we will not be able to refund the shipping and handling amount as we pay that amount to FedEx to deliver the product to you.
Q. Why do you need my email address ?
A. We need your email address to give you updates on the status of your order. We send the electronic receipt at the email address you
specify during registration. If any of your products are backordered then our sales representative will use that email addres to contact you to
give you information reagrding your product(s).
Q. Can you recommend any medicine for my arthritis ?
A. Herbalstand does NOT recommend or give advice on any medication. If you have any medical condition then please consult
your doctor or medical practitioner.
