“Young man commits suicide”…..what do you feel? We all feel sorry for the guy and soon we will forget about it. This may be just news for you but, have we ever thought why does it happen? This occurs when solutions are not found, when people's self-esteem hinders in the way, it triggers unresolved events from the past or when the strain is considered an intimidation to the image of their overall welfare. The stress can destroy an individual’s whole personality and that individual may not be able to carry out any work because they lack the confidence and they don’t have faith in them selves. These people need proper attention, care and treatment. Suicide attempts and other life destructing actions are very common reactions of people under stress. All the world health organizations are now trying to over come this fast growing situation as it is spreading like havoc for the human race. For this reason there have been maximum efforts by all the media and scientific research centers.
